People’s well being at the centre of new international blueprint to reduce disaster risks

Ten years because adopting the Hyogo Framework for Action shortly right after the Indian Ocean Tsunami, government representatives have gathered in Sendai to negotiate a new framework for global action to lessen the risks of disasters.
